The weekly challenge was exercise minutes. I had a harder this week since I was recovering from my 14.9 mile half-marathon.
Here were my exercise entries for the week:
56 minutes bicycling - Wednesday, Oct 5
75 minutes yoga – Wednesday Oct 6
30 minutes walking – Thursday Oct 7
30- minutes walking Friday Oct 8
60 minutes walking Saturday Oct 9
30 minutes walking Sunday Oct 10
40 minutes run/walk Tuesday Oct 11
321 total exercise minutes for the week.
I got back on track with my food choices and tracking this past week, which helped mitigate the effects of less strenuous or lengthy workout sessions. Here is my weigh in for the week:
Week 3 weight (10/12/11): 158.4
Week 2 weight (10/5/11): 160.2
Starting weight (9/28/11): 158.2
Gain/(Loss) for the week: -1.8 lbs.
Total Gain/(Loss): +0.2 lbs.
Looking forward to hearing how my #tribepurple mates did this week.
Oh, and for the mini challenge of sleeping 7+ hours per night: I met that all but one night this past week. I usually meet that every night, but once in a while, I can’t get to sleep.
I have 75 minutes of yoga scheduled for tonight… hoping to get in another workout before that, though we’ll see. I was very sore doing yesterday’s run/walk workout, which worries me, but it may just be my body telling me that it’s tired.
